SHIPPING INFORMATION

Toronto Cabinetry understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. You can expect to receive your items within 4-5 business days. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins we are unable to make any changes to your order.

ABOUT MOVING THE ITEMS INSIDE
If you live outside GTA, we provide curbside delivery only, freight companies with skidded orders or large boxes will deliver with tail-gate on curbside, driveway or garage lane, depending on accessibility. For local deliveries, our own staff can help you move the items inside home with extra labor charge.

BACKORDERED ITEMS
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item.

ABOUT SHIPPING RISKS
Customer must perform full inspection of products at the time of delivery. Check the inside contents before the driver leaves to ensure that there isn’t concealed damage.

If upon inspection any defects or damages are found, customer can refuse the shipment and have it sent back. Take pictures and contact us to authorize return. To avoid damages in transit, we inspect every item that is being shipped out. Items are in boxes with styrofoam, on a wooden skid, strapped and protected with extra styrofoam on the outside and then shrink wrapped for a safe trip to you.

We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you choose the wrong item, we’ll exchange it. If a product needs to be repaired or replaced under warranty, just contact us.

RETURN POLICY
We understand how disappointing it can be when purchases don’t work out, and we do everything we can to make the returns process fast and simple. Items may be returned for refund or replacement, provided that you contact us within 30 days of shipment and items are in sellable condition.

SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING FEES
Returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee, except when merchandise is exchanged. If you would like in-house credit for your return, the restocking fee is waived. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Toronto Cabinetry doesn’t accept a return or refund for the following:

-Items that have been altered or mishandled

-Items with custom work or painting at time of sale

-Special-order items not listed in our catalog or on our site

-Items that have been installed or show signs of installation

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Contact us Indicate whether you’d like to receive in-house credit or a refund in the original form of payment.

Pack the item in its original shipping box, if possible, or a sturdy, plain cardboard box. Seal the box completely, making sure the item is secure for shipment. Visit your local FedEx or UPS store to ship the item back to us.

Truck Delivery Returns:
If you need to return a large item that was delivered by truck, you may use our LTL carrier account. Please note: there is a flat fee of $200.

Your Refund:
Allow 7 days for your package to arrive at our warehouse. Within 48 hours, your return will be processed back into our inventory. Your financial institution will credit your card 2-10 business days later. (In-store credits are processed same-day.)

WARRANTY
Kitchen cabinets are covered by a Limited 10 Years Warranty and Bathroom Products are covered by a Limited 20 Years Warranty. This warranty covers replacement of defective parts only, not of complete product, unless deemed necessary by a customer representative.

ABOUT KITCHEN QUOTE
The kitchen quote we provide is based on your rough measurement. The final price is determined by your final measurement and detailed requirements.

ABOUT KITCHEN MEASUREMENT
A standard kitchen measurement fee of $75 applies when customer requests us to do kitchen measurement within GTA area. This fee is refundable after you place the order with us.

ABOUT MEASUREMENT & INSTALLATION APPOINTMENT
Customer is required to be present on work site for the confirmed measurement or installation dates. Otherwise, customer has to reschedule the appointment and pay for the expense of the screw and transportation.

ABOUT KITCHEN DESIGN
The kitchen plan we provide is only a reference and subject to your approval before implementation. We are not responsible for any design error caused by customer’s incorrect input information or unknown information.

ABOUT KITCHEN INSTALLATION
Customer is responsible to advise our installers the potential risks related to kitchen installation, so we can avoid any loss to your asset. Appliances should be ready before kitchen installation, so we can make sure the appliances fit with the cabinetry. If you changed appliances, you need to advise this information to us immediately, so we check your kitchen plan and make the necessary changes with your approval. If you changed the layout of the kitchen (including walls, floors, sink position, window position, ceiling height, etc.), you also need to advise this information to us immediately to change the kitchen plan. Our cabinets installers are not responsible for any renovation work such as electricity, flooring, wall building, wall cutting,plumbing, lighting, etc.

ABOUT INSPECTION
Customer must perform full inspection of products and services once delivered. Any quality claim or service claim should be made within 72 hours after delivery.
